Remodeling software for estimates, deposits and your crew

JobCRM is software for remodelers and contractors that runs the whole job, not just the paperwork. A lead comes in, you do the site visit, send an estimate your client approves and signs online, take the deposit, schedule the crew, work the punch list and invoice the balance, with card and bank payments built in. Your estimators and crew each get their own login and see the jobs that are theirs.

Questions

What does remodeling software do that an invoicing app doesn’t?

An invoicing app makes the estimate and the invoice. Remodeling software also tracks every lead and job through its stages, schedules your crew and gives your team their own logins, so nothing lives in one person’s head or text messages. JobCRM does all of it, with payments built in.

Can clients pay the deposit online?

Yes. Your client approves and signs the estimate and pays the deposit from the same link, by card or bank transfer. On a big job, a bank transfer at 1% keeps fees down, and card fees can be passed to the client.

Does my crew need to install an app?

No. They log in from the browser on their phone, see the jobs scheduled for them with the work orders, and mark them complete.

How do I handle change orders?

Change order is on your starter price list, so you add it as a line on a new estimate or on the invoice.

Can I bring my clients over?

Yes. Upload a spreadsheet or an export from the software you use now, and JobCRM matches the columns for you.
